Warren Benjamin Bullock was born 14 JUL 1856 in Clarenceville, QC Canada. He died 13 OCT 1948 in Marlington, QC Canada. He was the son of James Owen Bullock (1828-1908) and Emily Almeda Wait (1832-1903). Warren Benjamin Bullock's wife was Almira Eva Rediker (1856-1949). They were married 26 SEP 1877 in Newport, VT. He and his wife resided in a farmhouse in Boynton before moving to thefarmhouse on the hill in Marlington. In 1903 he moved his family to thenew farmhouse across the road from the cheese factory, where he spentthe remainder of his life. After retiring, he sold his property to ArthurSoutiere (son-in-law) and was cared for in his last years by daughterMavis.
Farmer, Cheesemaker, he won a silver medal on a cheddar cheese thatwas sent to England. He worked on construction of Quebe CentralRailroad Line between Newport, VT and Sherbrooke, Qc. proprietor of ageneral store on his property and postmaster of Marlington 1909-1915,
Mayor of Ogden.
He trained at Farnham, QC with the Stanstead Dragoons.
Served as a school board member and favored consolidation of schoolsand higher salaries for qualified teachers.
