Flora Baraby was born 1881 in West Farnham, PQ Canada. She is the daughter of John Baptiste Barabé (1853-1902) and Rose Pulchérie Gingras (1847-1937). Her siblings were Rose Marie Barabé (1878-1950), Frank Xavier Baraby (1883-1971), Blanche Barabé (1884-?), Ernest George Baraby (1887-?).
